Around the time that I met Sarah & Jon for their Yorktown Beach Engagement session, I was having major website issues. I was unable to post any blogs, and anyone who visited my site got a “warning” signal like they were about to get hacked or something. Turns out I let my security expire, but everything is back to normal now. You’re safe visiting!
We met for this engagement session in the middle of December, but you would never have been able to tell based on the weather. It was so nice, and the sunlight was so perfect! We were together for a little over an hour, and when I left it felt like I had known them forever. They are so easy going, and extremely sweet. I absolutely love their story too! Sarah was working as a cashier at Nauticus gift shop in Norfolk when Jon visited. They became fast friends after meeting there and continued their friendship for 18 months before they went on their first date. 9 months later they went on a date back to Nauticus where he got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever.
They’ll be celebrating their wedding at an estate in Matthews county this May (COVID restriction willing). I really look forward to meeting their closest friends and family, and capturing their beautiful day.
Congratulations again Sarah & Jon!
