Yorktown Beach Engagement | Time + Liz

This Yorktown beach engagement session was one I will soon not forget. I always love meeting my couples for their engagement sessions, but this one was special. First because it was my first one of the new year. Getting back into the groove of weddings can be daunting after time off during the holidays. Tag on my back surgery in November, I was feeling rusty. Stretching the photography muscle with Liz + Tim was so much fun. I really enjoyed that their Yorktown beach engagement session happened almost exactly where I married my husband back in 2012! Tim and Liz are such a happy, fun couple which getting back into the swing of things it so easy. They are naturals! I can’t wait for their Early Mountain Vineyard‘s wedding in March!

They had their first date on these rocks almost 10 years ago. A quesadilla picnic on a warm day in March when they were in high school. It was only fitting to do a few portraits for them where it all began!

And our dream came true when it started to snow… on the beach during their session! I mean, how dreamy right?
