It’s so cool how photography brings people from my past back into my present, and I get to watch them grow. When I was in elementary school, yes, a full on CHILD… I met Justin. He was neighbors with one of my best friends. We would run around in the neighborhood, playing tag and other child-like games never realizing what life would have in store for us.

Fast forward to high school, even though my family had moved out of school zone, we ended up at the same high school but never really hung out, or spending time together. That mutual friend went to a different high school, so we didn’t have her to connect us. But then, fast forward more, photography brought me to a wedding that he and his wife Casey were in… and now I feel like I’ve photographed them in a number of different scenarios. This one was just a special session for their family.

I was so happy to shoot these priceless photos for them. Their little girl Bailey is a SPIT FIRE, let me tell you. Sassy but so sweet. Within the first 90 seconds of meeting her at this session she grabbed me by the hand and told me we were friends. Haha. I loved every second of spending time with you guys, THANK you so much for trusting me with these family portraits!
