Maymont Maternity Session

You may recognize Miranda and Bong from previous blog posts. They’re one of my couples past, who turned into my kinda-sorta step cousins last year when my Aunt married Miranda’s dad. I’ve known them for a long time, and I was so happy to be able to capture their engagement session, wedding, and now their maymont maternity photos.

Back in September when we became actual family, we spent a long weekend in the Outer banks. We were all there to celebrate my aunt and Miranda’s dad’s wedding. I remember spending time with Miranda and Bong at the pool with my children. They had so much fun talking with them, and playing with them in the pool. I remember thinking to myself that they would be amazing parents one day. The whole trip was an awesome bonding experience, and I feel like we are much better friends because of it.

Now they’re not far from meeting their little girl, Nora. I cant wait to meet her, and watch her grow! Congratulations you two! I’m so thrilled see you become parents (any time now).
