King Family Vineyard Wedding

When I think about these two and their wedding day, I cannot help but smile. Seriously, these two were a dream to work with! Callie & Dan had a King Family Vineyards Wedding and they made it the literal best time with all of their friends and family.

This was my first time at King Family Vineyards in Crozet, Va and this beautiful vineyard and the people who work there are so kind, and amazing. The bride and groom live all the way in California, so they knew right away that they would need to hire a planner. Their planner, Marylee with Marylee Marmer Events not only planned but designed their wedding day florals as their florist! It was absolute perfection. The details were meticulously thought out and executed flawlessly. I hope to cross paths again with Marylee because her floral and coordination skills are fire!

Callie & Dan are a crazy fun couple and they were the absolute best. They made my team and I feel so welcome, and like their best friends all day! It was a joy and honor to capture their perfect day.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BACKDROP OF THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS

The gorgeous foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Crozet, Virginia are stunning. I wanted to maximize the rolling hills in the background of as many images as humanly possible! With Callie & Dan living in LA, and having spent time living in other big cities like New York City, most of their friends and family came from out of state for the wedding. It was so smart for them have their event in the mountains of Virginia. In my opinion, the mountains the best part of the state!
