Weddings

It was such a gorgeous day in Hampton as Emily and Will celebrated their marriage! These two are just an awesome couple, and I had the best time with them. I am a sucker for blush tones, including the pink that Emily chose for her day. Costco did the florals, and I was blown away at what a beautiful job they did. Such a surprise! The neutral roses and ranunculus with the soft colors of the sage green popped right off of the bridesmaid’s blush dresses. I absolutely loved getting to see my girl Markia at the start of the day, as she was the makeup artist for most of the girls, including Emily! I especially enjoyed exploring a new ceremony venue and reception spot in my hometown of Hampton! I’ve passed the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Downtown Hampton 1,000 times, and now that I’ve been inside I will never look at it the same. It is a stunning church. Thank you for such a wonderful wedding day!

Emily’s dress was just beautiful and matched her classic, timeless theme perfectly. Their ceremony was beautiful, and Will’s face as Emily made her way down the aisle with her father made for only a few dry eyes in the chapel. Emily was radiant as the bright sunshine shown in from the open doors behind her, leaving everyone speechless.

The party started over at the reception space in the Officer’s Club at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia. They were both on the dancefloor almost the entire night with their best friends and closest family members. It was quite a celebration!

They ended the night with a kiss as Will dipped Emily in the midst of their glowstick exit given by their family and friends!
