What a breath of fresh air. A full wedding day, that was barely affected by the ongoing pandemic. This long-awaited Culpepper Barn Wedding was a great start to my 2020 wedding season. You heard that right, the start of the wedding season. I always say I love September weddings, and it’s true for this one as well. The weather is always darn near perfect for an outdoor ceremony! I might be biased since I chose September for my own wedding!
Emma and Brandon’s day was so beautiful. It started off with Emma & her girls popping champagne bottles in the bridal suite which was SO fun! Nothing starts a day off quite like the anxiety of waiting for the champs to POP. After shaking some of the pre-wedding jitters the girls got dressed and swooned over Emma in her stunning bridal gown. A few happy tears were shed and then Emma went over to the first look with Brandon.
Emma & Brandon spent a few sweet moments together, taking in the fact that they were finally there on their wedding day. I typically suggest a first look so that you can have that quiet moment, just the two of you, to take in all in.
After their ceremony, they enjoyed cake and time with family as they danced the night away.
